Will be traveling 40% to Tokyo
Establishing, sustaining, driving, and monitoring quality assurance (QA) processes, practices, and controls in support of application & system requirement, development & testing activities throughout the software development and sustainment lifecycle.
Provides leadership and consulting on quality assurance methodology.
Leads quality improvements to requirement, development and test procedures and responsible for the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and tools. Mentors and directs other quality assurance analysts.
Required skills:
Strong knowledge of Oracle Functionality of Supply Chain Modules (OM, PO, INV) & ability to
coordinate QA activities across Financial modules
Dual language proficiency (English & Japanese): Japanese Fluency at JLPT Level 1. Japanese University Graduate a plus but not required.
Knowledge of QA processes
Ability to interface with other cross-functional teams (US & Japan) seamlessly in both Japanese & English language- Proven track record in bilingual work environment.
This role requires dual language proficiency (Japanese & English) to support upcoming Tokyo Roastery work in Japan. This worker will play a QA Analyst role for deriving quality assurance activities for a capital project.
What does a typical work day entail? What are the daily tasks/responsibilities/deliverables?
? Drive QA activities in coordination with multiple teams based out of US, India and Japan
? Interface with other cross-functional teams (US & Japan) in both Japanese & English language- Partner with US & India based team members to ensure adequate Test Coverage and enable execution within aligned timelines
? Participate in the defect triage
