Job Description :
Key Requirements
Act as a lead consultant in the technical track of Oracle R12 EBS and provide technical support in the Finance (AP/AR/GL/CM/FA/Inventory Costing), Sourcing (POs, planning) and Manufacturing (WIP/BOM/routing/Cost) business functions. Having technical knowledge of other business functions will be an added advantage.
8+ years of experience is required in Oracle EBS Technical area.
Must be hands on and lead complex development activities by providing architect level technical support during construction and testing phases of the project.
Must have Excellent knowledge of current technologies deployed by Oracle including development tools, Oracle Forms/reports, PLSQL, SQL, XML Publisher, OAF page, Workflow, SOA, Unix Scripting skills etc.
Must have good knowledge on standard Oracle EBS tables mainly on Finance, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Order Management and other related modules.
Should have excellent understanding of data conversion from Legacy to Oracle R12 EBS.
Should have excellent working knowledge on standard Oracle Interfaces and APIs mainly in the Finance and Sourcing modules.
Must have working experience in XML Publisher and OAF pages
Must have experience supporting production support activities and quick turn out is required.
Should Experience setting Concurrent programs, Request Group, Request sets, Menus, Profile Options and their impacts.
Understand of Oracle R12 EBS architecture on server such as DB and Apps tiers is required
Other requirements
Have experience working with offshore/Onshore support model
Person should be willing to travel as and when needed including international travel.
Should have working knowledge supporting Month-end activities.
Should have knowledge tuning SQL statements.
Experience working with business community
Exposure to Oracle R12 SLA- Sub Ledger Accounting
Have some exposure to accounting in manufacturing environment
Have some experience to version control and change management tools
Have experience working with Oracle support on SR
