Duties Include:

* Partner with key business stakeholders and build strong business partnership

* Act as trusted IT partner for the operations (supply chain, inventory management, customer service)

* Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders and able to prioritize and manage expectations

* Facilitate requirements gathering amongst multiple stakeholders

* Document clearly defined business requirements

* Document current state and future state business processes

* Help business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future

* Work with technology team members, consulting vendors and business team members to facilitate user acceptance testing



REQUIREMENTS:

* 10 + years of experience in implementing supply chain processes and systems

* 7 + years of business analysis skills

* 5 + years of supply chain implementation experience in one of the industry leading systems - JDE, SAP, Oracle preferably in CPG industry

* Good communication skills, problem-solving skills and critical thinking

* Decision making skills and a team player

* Very good documentation skills including documentation of process flows

* Ability to understand current state business processes and work with business to design efficient and effective business processes

* Ability to build relationship with the business, other IT team members

* Any process improvement/design certification such as 6-sigma is a plus
