Job Description
8+ Years’ experience with Oracle CRM / Supply Chain Analyst is REQUIRED.
Experience as a Business System Analyst supporting quote to cash business processes and systems is MUST.
Proficiency with Oracle Install Base, Oracle Service Contracts, Order Management and Account Receivables systems or Sales Force is REQUIRED.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Architectural understanding of ERP, Force.com platform and web technologies desired.
Preferred person would also have functional experience in Oracle supply chain modules and would have developed and presented training materials to individuals and groups.
Commercial Awareness - Consistently takes into consideration commercial implications of actions when making decisions or setting objectives for self or others.
Leadership & Team Working - Strongly demonstrates team working through sharing the workload to ensure the team meets its objectives.
