On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a Oracle Solution Architect for a contract opportunity in Cleveland, OH.
Oracle Solution Architect Job Details
* 10+ years of experience in Solution Architect role and using Oracle technologies.
* Demonstrated experience with design creation, elicitation, and planning.
* Proven track record of ability to exhibit and demonstrate leadership as well as contributing through others on major projects.
* The associate is expected to be fully Oracle functional, self-directed and able to lead complex solutions.
* Ability to interface with high-level client stakeholders and communicate effectively, recognizing that each group demands a different level of communication / presentation skills.
* Ability to provide technical leadership and oversight to the team including any role(s) required to deliver solution enhancement, modifications, issues management or research for clients.
* Demonstrate the ability to take detailed, highly technical concepts and present to client in a high-level, non-technical fashion.
* Ability to effectively communicate the business benefits of a technical solution in conjunction with Fujitsu account management team
* Passionate and having knowledge on later technology trends - Cloud, IoT etc. is a plus.
Oracle Solution Architect Mandatory Skills
* Strong Oral/Written Communication and negotiation skills
* Detail oriented, must be willing to jump in and actively participate in mitigating problems with individual contribution towards technical resolution - should be hands on with ability to lead the team by owning solutions
* Should be conversant with On Site - Off Shore Delivery model and must have executed at least 2 projects in this model
* At least 3 years experience as a Technical Architect/Manager and leading a technical team
* Ability to lead and manage the team.
* Should be able to do end to end planning and execution
* Thoroughly conversant with Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies Conversant with Project Management methodologies both Iterative waterfall as well as Agile
