Job Description :
Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM) service. This service is based upon the Oracle Identity and Access Management platform.
Following products need to be supported
Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM)
Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)
Support is needed for the following OAM Multi-factor Authentication options:
One-Time Password (OTP) from Oracle Mobile Authenticator
Access Request Notification (i.e. “push”) from Oracle Mobile Authenticator
OTP through SMS
OTP through email, implemented per Client requirements
Support features and components in OIM, OAM, OUD (Oracle Unified Directory) and OAAM, in addition to a branded
login page.
Technical Scope and Responsibilities
1. Understand current state and provide recommendations on “how” the current environment is configured and “where it
needs to be,” can be performed, given needs of the organization.
2. Specific areas of focus include support and enhancements of custom modules and scaling capacity.
3. For Production, Staging, Test and Development environments, triage issue, provide incident resolution and root
cause analysis.
4. Provide one (1) daily Health Check report, initiated at the beginning of each Business Day, for the following
functions:
Server Status
JVM CPU and Memory Utilization including Weblogic server health
Data Source Checks
Log Analysis
Mutually agreed upon lists for functions / jobs
Work Authorization
US Citizen

EAD (GC)
