Job Description:
In July 2014, Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and the New York State Legislature enacted the Compassionate Care Act. This project will implement that law by providing a comprehensive, safe and effective medical marijuana program that meets the needs of New Yorkers. The program will ensure that medical marijuana is available for certified patients with serious conditions and is dispensed and administered in a manner that protects public health and safety.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Participate in systems analysis and design, system development and integration of core business functions, and system implementation.
Develop and maintain software applications by performing configuration in an Oracle Siebel environment.
Prepare and/or assist with the preparation and maintenance of detailed technical procedures, user guides, system documentation, customer support documentation and design diagrams.
Develop and execute unit and system test plans.
Provide end user support and/or training to Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement staff.
Work in a team environment or independently without supervision.
Perform analysis and troubleshoot complex problems.
Multi-task as priorities and/or problems arise.
Candidates should have at least 84 months experience and a majority of the following should apply:

1. 84 months of experience working in a Linux based environment including experience with Linux internals. #OF MONTHS 15
2. 84 Months of experience installing, configuring, managing and maintaining high availability of Oracle WebLogic servers, Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle WebLogic Portal servers. #OF MONTHS 10
3. 48 months of experience installing, configuring, managing and maintaining high availability of Siebel CRM system. #OF MONTHS 10
4. 60 Months of experience installing, configuring, administering and maintaining business intelligence products like OBIEE, BIPublisher and Tableau. #OF MONTHS 10
5. 60 months Experience in implementing Single sign-on (SSO) in Weblogic and Siebel platforms. #OF MONTHS 10
6. 60 months of experience with WebLogic server performance turning and analyzing therad Dumps using tools like samurai, jvisualvmetc #OF MONTHS 10
7. 60 months of experience with application performance and monitoring tools like Wily, New Relic, Appdynamics. #OF MONTHS 10
8. 60 months of experience configuring, managing and maintaining high availability of other application servers like Tomcat, IBM Websphere and webservers like Apache, nginx and HAProxy. #OF MONTHS 5
