Skills & Responsibilities:

Assisting with implementing a pilot project of use of Call Scripting functionality with Oracle Services Cloud including:
o Discovery
o Design
o Proof of Concept (POC)
o Implementation
o Business Requirements document
o Scripting and implementing 3 use cases which can be used as a reference for building additional scripts
o Demonstration and instruction through implemented use cases

Assisting in an analysis and Proof Of Concept (POC) for Migration of Content in Oracle Web Center to Oracle Service Cloud including
o Discovery
o Design
o Proof of Concept (POC)
o Identify and document user cases
o Migrate one document per use case as part of POC
o Analyze and determine if Knowledge Advance module is needed

Create functionality to provide call inquiry transfer integration from Client’s Call Center’s Oracle Services Cloud Call Tracking (CT) application to Inquiry Tracking & Resolution System (ITRS) application including:
o Requirement Analysis
o Design
o Development
o POC
o Documentation
o Reporting
o Provide ‘Level II Call Transfer’ button functionality
o Configure Techmail to decipher and create inquiry within application
o Script a demo to users
o Develop a report which identifies the calls transferred by Call Center
