Title :Oracle Service Cloud Developer
Location :San Diego, CA
Full time

Summary: Oracle Service Cloud/ RightNow Developer will focus day-to-day support, configuration and troubleshooting, reporting/dashboards and business process improvement. This position is based in the San Diego office and part of the CRM team.


Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide Oracle Service Cloud technical and domain expertise.
Completed at least two Oracle RightNow CRM implementations/upgrades with a good balance of functional and technical expertise.
Define, document and align user’s profiles with business functions, create workspaces, and develop automated workflows.
Provide administrative support on a daily basis, including provisioning and de-provisioning.
Develop operational reports and dashboards.
Provide documentation of processes and procedures.
Responsible to plan, execute, test, demo, train, and deploy solutions to meet their needs.
Identify and analyze business requirements and translate this to technical requirements.
Development and execution of various trainings, along with required documentation/presentations
Work with key stakeholders in analyzing business requirements, documenting those requirements as necessary to ensure complete coverage, outlining the development tasks required, planning and supporting Serve as an active team member and assist in meeting team objectives/deadlines, even though tasks may go beyond the scope of the typical project responsibilities
Lead and support data integrations among Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Siebel and Salesforce
The candidate must have good problem solving skills, excellent coding/debugging skills, the eagerness to learn new technologies and a proven track record as a strong developer.

Qualifications
4+ years’ experience in Business Systems Development and Analysis on complex systems
4+ years Hands-On experience & development with Oracle Service Cloud/ RightNow
.Net experience is a plus
PHP experience is a plus
Integration experience a plus
Knowledge of the customer service operations
B.A. in Computer Science or MIS or equivalent experience

Education / Experience
Bachelor''s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university; or one or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
