Oracle Service Cloud Consultant | Atlanta, GA

Summary: Analyze, design and/or develop best practice business changes through technology solutions. This individual is responsible for the development, deployment and support of Oracle Cloud technology solutions that enable dynamic customer service organizations. This person provides leadership to the Accenture and client teams to ensure the successful delivery of cloud-based capabilities while effectively working with clients to identify, analyze, prioritize and deliver critical capabilities in an ever-changing business environment. The candidate selected is able to:
Deliver cloud-based business-to-consumer and government-to-consumer service solutions by contributing to all aspects of project delivery.
Collaborate with client business units to determine business drivers and needs for technology solutions.
Collaborate with various client and project teams to evaluate solution options, align, prioritize and coordinate development activities including requirements gathering, estimating, development, integration, testing and deployment.
Work with international peers to prioritize development projects, manage resource utilization, coordinate project schedules and consolidate projects into logical programs.
Leverage service oriented architecture (SOA), web services to simplify application development and integration across platforms and technologies.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years experience with Oracle Service Cloud or SalesForce Service Cloud solution.
,Minimum of 2 years experience in leading software development teams in all aspects of the SDLC with a strong emphasis on cloud-based solutions
Minimum 2 years experience in service-oriented architectures (SOAs) or Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architectures.
