Oracle SCM business analyst

Description: Contractor will provide professional services for maintenance of key Supply Chain systems, which will include the following:
Business Analysis – Analysis of the business requirements and functional requirements gathering from different groups within client for supply chain tools optimization development.
Process and System Design Documentation – Based on the Business Analysis associated with current supply chain tools, proposing optimized end-to-end process flow and workflow(s) as well as developing the detailed System Design documentation for implementing the business and functional requirements for improvements to existing supply chain tools.
Solution Development – Development of High Level Solution and proposing the standard / recommended tools solution.
Application Documentation – Preparation of all technical and process related documentation for the optimization Project.
Application Administration – Administration of existing supply chain tools and proposed optimizations.
System Development – System Development which involves Configuration and Customization in multiple supply chain tools.
Application Upgrades – Upgrades of the supply chain tools as needed.
User Instruction, Training and Documentation – Preparation of User Training documents and instructions for supply chain tools optimization.
System Maintenance – Supply chain tools related maintenance activities.
Root Cause Analysis – Analysis to identify root cause of Systems errors encountered in operational execution of existing supply chain tools.
System Issue Resolution – Partnering with stakeholders from across Google to execute resolution for system issues encountered in operational execution of existing supply chain tools
Production Roll-out – Implementation and roll-out of new optimized supply chain tools for different groups in Google and enhancements / bug-fixes.
Monthly Progress Reporting – Monthly executive summary and detailed status reporting outlining progress of services and deliverables in reporting template that will be provided by Google Fiber Project Manager. The reporting template will be modified from time to time
