Job Description :
Ø Implementation and configuration experience on Oracle SBC(session border controller)

Ø Installation and Configuration experience on 2xxx/4xxx/6xxx oracle SBC devices

Ø Configuration experience on session router proxy, session agents, session groups, local policy

Ø Configure LRT(Local route table) and HMR(Header manipulation rule) on SBC

Ø Extensive knowledge on SIP troubleshooting

Ø Knowledge on integration of SBC with Cisco contact center

Ø Coordinate with vendor/carrier for toll free numbers

Ø Experience on any other oracle products like ASC or TSC would be preferred.

Ø Basic knowledge on Avaya session manager would be preferred.
