Description & Experience:
Candidate needs to be hired by this Friday Feb. 9th to start on Monday, Feb. 12th.
Our client has implemented ORCE to support their loyalty program.
They are experiencing extreme performance issues and require a resource to work with internal resources and Oracle to develop a remediation plan.
The tasks will be based on performing a technical audit of how ORCE has been configured and how it has been integrated to various legacy systems.
Candidate must have experience with ORCE (Oracle Retail Customer Engagement) which is Oracle’s new name for what used to be called Micros RELATE.
It is a retail CRM/Loyalty solution.
