Current Modules: GL,AP, AR, FA, EbTax (Tax Rates loaded monthly from Taxware but tax configurations are in Oracle), Payments, OM, INV, PO, Adv Pricing OM only, GOP, BOM, WIP, Cost, ENG, Rapid Planning, MLS , QA, MSCA, iExpenses,
Core Assignment
· Delivers the outcome of new or revised Oracle EBS enhancements or custom applications on time and budget while delivering critical functionality.
· Responsible for all parts of the software development lifecycle of Oracle EBS enhancements and custom applications including design, development, testing, deployment and support.
· Ensures that Oracle EBS enhancements and custom applications meet the required service support levels.
· Work together with the Director of IT Enterprise Application to understand the prioritization of enhancements and requests to meet the business goals and effective technology usage.
· Mentors, trains and leads a highly-energized and efficient team of developers in the Bangalore office. Ensures a high quality of work output.
· Acts as a mentor and a leader to the development group.
· Some international travel required to strategize with global business partners.
Required Skills & Experience
· 12+ years working with Oracle EBS and/or building custom applications.
· 5+ years of Tech Lead management/leadership experience
· Stronger in Finance, reports, workflow trouble shooting,
· Experience in implementation and support of international manufacturing operations.
· Hands-on leadership style with ability to get in the details when required.
· Strong team player, partnering with senior/executive management and individual contributors.
· Excellent presentation/communication skills.
· Exceptional problem solving skills.
