Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with minimum 8+ years of relevant experience.
Solid SQL skills, very good technical understanding of Unix, SQL server, Oracle PL/SQL & Sybase.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to present the findings to the business users.
Quick learner; strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deal with numerous tasks simultaneously and with frequently changing priorities.
Must be independent and creative in approach to problems and issues; assertive, tenacious, proactive
Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in documenting
Experience of working with the Compliance function within an Investment Bank in a plus
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams
