Experience (Years): 8-10
Description:
1. Experience in Trouble shooting issues, Problem Solving & Analytical and Root cause analysis in Oracle ICS
2. Capablity to triage Technical issues and provide quick resolution adhering to SLAs in production support
3. Capable to guide the users for any navigational and training issues in Oracle ICS Cloud
4. Very good knowledge of different patterns used in integration of different applications (in ICS) and the ability to suggest the right pattern in integration scenarios
5. Strong in coordination with Oracle in SR management and should understand the segregation of roles and responsibilities in a Cloud Support Model specially SaaS and PaaS modes
6. Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Unix, SQL Scripts and the cloud data model, base tables, APIs, interface tables etc.
7. Should have experience in working with customer IT team and Technical architects to understand requirement
8. Experience in working in a customer facing production support role
