Job Title: Oracle Identify Management Tech Developer

Duration: 9 months Contract
Job Description:
The OIM expert lead developer is responsible for the identification, analysis, integration, and implementation of identity and access management solutions which includes implementation of Oracle Identity Management within the customer application landscape, deliver the components, suggest and implement OIM advanced features and onboard enterprise application and leverage OIM.
Additionally, (s)he should lead the team in onsite – offshore model and provide directions, monitor tasks and get things delivered within time and quality standards for customers.
The IAM developer is expected to have ability to develop implementations, applications or solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Oracle IAM, especially OIM, and should have good articulation and communication skills.
Principle Responsibilities:
Must have leaded projects in OIM. Should posses minimum 9 Yrs of exp.
Hands on Knowledge and experience working with Oracle IDAM, Oracle Identity Management.
Experience on provisioning, reconciliation, certifications, on boarding new applications into OIM, OIM advanced technical consulting
Excellent communication skills and must have experience of working in agile / hybrid / waterfall model.
Ability to work in a large complex setup involving various internal and external teams.
Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor
Work with multiple project teams with competing deadlines.
