Role: Oracle IDM Support Lead
DURATION: 9 months+

JOB DUTIES:

Managing & supporting IAM and Directory security and account administration - Ability to establish support process and Root Cause Analysis. - Manage, troubleshoot & support OIM connectors. - Administer & manage Identity
Manager Application Instances. - Ability to thoroughly document IT systems, processes and controls. - Customization,
troubleshooting and support. Must have: - Strong Experience in Implementation and support of Oracle Identity &
Access Management suite - Experience in leading IDM support team. - Proficient in Installation, configuration &
administration of IDM components OAM, OIM, OID, OVD, OES & OIF. - Must be very strong in OES - Experience in
IDM Patch analysis and patching process. - Experience with Okta is a plus - Knowledge of App Dynamics and Slack
is preferred - Experience in managing the user lifecycle of Creating, modifying and deleting user account profiles for
various systems, applications and directories.
