Job Description
- Responsibilities:This Oracle HRMS techno-functional consultant will be responsible for the following:
- Read and understand all client outbound interfaces to various 3 rd party vendors.
- Document all the data elements and findings in the integrations (Outbound HR interfaces
- Present all the data feed findings to the team and work with various vendors to recognize the redundant data.
- Make Code changes in PL/SQL to be compliant with GDPR findings.
- Work with business and vendors to complete successful UAT and implementation of changes.
- Consultant should be a team player and should be able to work with various team members in our Hyderabad IT shared service center and Hitachi business team.
Excellent data and process documentation
- Requirements:
- Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant
- Excellent understanding of HRMS module on Oracle eBusiness Suite 121.3
- Good Understanding of Oracle PL/SQL language (Should be able to understand PL/SQL and make any necessary code changes)
- Excellent process documentation skills
- Good communication skills
- Any experience and Knowledge on GDPR is a PLUS but not required.
