Location: Nashville, TN
Duration: 6+ months

Job description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Oracle HR and Oracle Advanced Benefits application implementation across NA
Perform Process Improvements by reviewing the current HR and Benefits business processes and working with IT to improve them.
Create/ modify/ suggest any of the HR and Benefits business processes
Benefits Open Enrolment configuration
Providing functional requirements for Conversions and Interfaces (both Inbound and Outbound)
Project management of Interface work including vendor feeds with Technical Teams
Plan Design changes
Life Event Changes
Fast Formulas
Work Instructions for HR and Benefits Processes and any process documentation
And any additional work required for the Project as determined during the implementation and support

Technology/Functional Skills

Experience in the R12 Application Domain.
Minimum 8 years of Oracle Application functional expertise in Oracle Human Resources modules of Oracle R11 / R12 E-Business suite such as Payroll, OAB, Fast Formulas
Strong 11g and PLSQL skills in design and development in HRMS area
Should also have good knowledge of US Payroll processing with ADP
Experience in Gap analysis, package evaluation, implementation and testing, user training
Experience in working on large and complex programs
Experience working with multiple teams across geographical locations.
Should have strong analytical skills, should be team-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and coordination skills.
Should possess strong communication skills.
Should be effective at problem solving and decision-making.

Leadership and Communication
Ability to provide HRMS consulting in client engagements so as to influence business and IT
Ability to earn trust and build credibility with clients across functional areas
Good communication, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
