Position: Oracle HRMS / HCM Consultant
Location: San Rafael CA 94901
Duration: 6+ Months

Required Skills
At least 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM EBS Core HR, Benefits and Payroll including Extracts and Fast Formula
At least 8 years of experience in software development life cycle.
Expertise on Benefits and North American payroll functional business processes and regulatory requirements in US.

Nice to have skills
Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered payroll processes and reports (includes Pre and Post payroll processes) Communication and Analytical skills
