Job Description:
EBS HCM Human Resources (P3 - Advanced) 1 - Extract Transform & Load (ETL) Tools (P2 – Proficient )
Techno Functional IT Analyst with at least 8 years of experience in HRMS core module
The primary focus of the Sr. IT Analyst is to provide continuous functional and technical support the evaluation, analysis, design and coordination of enterprise-wide Oracle HRMS software.
Analyst must also be acutely aware of Data Warehouse concepts and have experience in ETL process and data loads using tool like Informatica
Will serve as an IT point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and act as a Liaison between Business and Offshore Development/Support teams.
Ability to elicit/understand/evaluate business requirements and write clear functional specifications and solution design documents.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to the above application modules.
Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and data.
Multi-Task between different environments in fast paced environment and work during different time zones.
