Role: Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant
Location: Cleveland, OH

Job description:
· Work directly with Business/Customers, advising on solutions for Oracle HRMS R12 environment and resolving complex and mission-critical issues.
· Should have in depth knowledge of Oracle core HR, SSHR, Comp Workbench modules. Oracle Payroll experience is add on.
· In-depth and detailed knowledge of user/functional environment, the Oracle HCM system
· Worked on Oracle HCM CEMLI/RICEW components in at least 2 projects either support or implementation.
· Understand the ITMS Process and Support Project model.
· Manage critical, high priority business/customer issues
· Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues
· The ability to plan and organize numerous tasks in parallel and deliver within agreed time scales
· To give guidance through various forms to the user community on the best use of existing business processes and newly introduced functionalities
· Ability to design and develop Oracle BI Publisher reports and develop & maintain custom interfaces/integrations Implement standard HR policies and processes into Oracle HCM modules
· Design solutions and provide options to best meet business requirements
· Prepare Oracle HRMs environment for implementation/upgrade to next version R12.2, able to handle integration testing with internal and third party systems
· Provide expert advice and guidance to the functional users
· Act as a liaison between IT and functional areas for technical requirements
· Training material preparation and maintenance Maintain and update end-user & procedure system documentation where applicable
· Creation/review of Knowledge Articles and maintain knowledge repository
