Job- Oracle HCM functional analyst
Location- Tampa FL
Duration- 6+ Months,
1. Principal Responsibilities: DTCC has Oracle HCM implemented and is looking for a consultant to fill a critical gap for 4-6 months. MUST have Oracle Cloud product experience to be considered
2. Specific skills needed include Core HCM, Time & Labor and Absence*
3. Payroll integration experience would be a nice to have.
4. We are currently looking for an Oracle HCM functional analyst with extensive experience in the Time & Labor and Absence Management modules. We are planning to replace local time reporting and absence management systems in the UK and the Philippines using Oracle HCM modules. Also included will be integration with the local payroll providers.
5. Good communication skills are required as the incumbent will be interfacing with both the HR and Payroll SMEs as well as the IT team.
6. Experience: 4 - 6+ Years Oracle HCM Experience with extensive T&L/Absence experience.
