Job Description :
End client is Towers Watson



6 months in either Philadelphia or Arlington VA



Must know Excel and Pivot tables.

USC or GC Holders preferred as there may be international travel required (paid for by client)



Consultant must be technical and have HR background in one (or more) of the following Oracle ERP's:

HR or HCM knowledgeable in:



Oracle HCM or Oracle Cloud HCM (must understand HR data/where it's coming from )



Minimum Requirements:

Detail orientation - will be comparing detailed row data that must be accurate to the decimal point

Client facing skills - need to be able to pick up the phone and call the data source/interface owners and get issues resolved when they find them



Interface problem solving - Root cause analysis of data interfaces and troubleshooting



Applicant must meet MOST of these requirements.



Description:

* SQL - SQL Server, relational data warehouses and joining

* Strong Excel - pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.

* STRONG PLUS - HR terminology to assess data fields
