Description:
Our Client is seeking an Oracle HCM Reporting Analyst that will Collaborate and Coordinate with our HR Division, Payroll Department Core Users on Implementation of Reports and Analytics for Oracle HCM Cloud and Taleo Talent Acquisition Cloud and provide post-Implementation Sustaining Support
The Reporting Analyst will Evaluate Current State Business Objects HR/ Payroll reports, perform Fit/Gap Analysis working with Business SMEs to Derive Future state reporting needs for Oracle HCM Fusion

Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor''s Degree in a health care, business, or technical field
Equivalent combination of education and work experience is acceptable.
Minimum of three years'' experience with HCM / Talent Acquisition reporting and analytics preferred
Demonstrated expertise with enterprise business systems analytics, reporting, key performance indicators, and dashboards, with a broad understanding of the needs and priorities of business customers
Requires working knowledge HCM, Recruitment/On-boarding operations to collaborate with business owners

Responsibilities:
Partnering with business customers, translate business requirements for HCM and Talent Acquisition (TA) Data into reporting deliverables.
Develop specifications for reporting and analytics requests including determination of most appropriate reporting tools to address requests.
Analyze, design, test, and implement reporting solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud and Taleo cloud utilizing a variety of tools including OTBI, Data Extracts, etc. Will require close interaction with ERP Technical Team for building, enhancing and upgrading HCM/TA reports.
