Job Description :
Amick Brown is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Project Manager for a contract to hire role with our client in medical device industry

The Project Manager role is responsible for driving HR development efforts.
Manage project schedules, mitigate risks and monitor project budgets
Provide clear communication to the organization on project status, critical path, as well as potential areas of risk
Work closely with technical and business organizations to ensure input and representation in the development process
Contributes to project prioritization decisions by providing data and analysis


Required Skills:
Proven track record of at least 10 years in ERP Project, Program Management leading cross functional teams in complex projects.
Experience in rolling out HR projects specifically Oracle HCM Fusion
Candidates should with experience in a functional role and have progressed into a PM role
Strong experience with Agile and ASAP methodologies
Experience effectively organizing and managing multiple, complex and interrelated project tasks
Proven ability to lead, influence and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross functional team environment
Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful with the ability to deal with conflict and drive to solution
Excellent written and communication skills
PMP certification a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
