Oracle HCM ( Product Owner ) - Irving , TX - 6 Months Contract to Hire ( URGENT NEED)

eDataForce Client is in need for need a super technical resource with Oracle HCM but a true Product Owner that can speak to the business side about the different modules within HCM.
This position is for 6 Months Contract to Hire - client needs candidate that they can hire full time. Client wants candidate who is LOCAL to Dallas ,TX & Candidate must work on eDataforce W2 for the 6 months contract .


Summary:
As an exceptional Product Owner, you will drive value-add and high-quality features in support of an enterprise wide strategy to converge core technologies to a more robust services architecture. Part of the high-impact, high-energy Enterprise Technology Services Product organization, you will help develop robust, compelling, and integrated data, tools, and technology solutions that will drive specific and measurable business value.

The impact you will make include the following:

Represent capabilities and features at the team level in supporting Agile / Scrum Framework.
Become a subject matter expert in the products that are delivered through your services/platforms and act as an ambassador for the product internally.
Use your excellent communication skills to understand technical requests and accurately translate into product features that include benefit hypotheses, outcome hypotheses, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize the product backlog based on customer feedback, market and regulatory changes, and business priority as communicated by the Product Manager.
Collaborate with solution architect and product manager to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement.
Participate in Product Backlog grooming sessions, retrospectives, defect management and project team''s release planning sessions.
Formally accept the user stories once all acceptance criteria are met and demonstrated
Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency.
Work with QA and analyze data and test results to ensure integrity is maintained throughout program life-cycle and ensure market and business needs are satisfied.
Required is a minimum of 6 years'' experience in the following areas:
Hands on experience in Full Life Cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud from planning to configuration through go-live.
Strong functional knowledge of the ERP systems with emphasis on HR and Payroll.
Experience leading a project team, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations
Experience mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, to continue to grow and develop your colleagues within the practice
Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (highly preferred)
Oracle HCM Cloud Certification
