> 3 years of experience with application security implementation for Oracle HCM Fusion cloud for the following areas –
> Core HR
> Benefits
> Absence Management
> Compensation
> Payroll
> Reporting security
> Self service – Employee, manager
> 1 or more implementations of end to end HCM Fusion cloud security
> Extensive experience with custom security role creation
> Functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules
> Job role, duty role, data role - custom set-up experience
> Ability to lead security walkthroughs with business owners for various HCM modules
> Ability and experience with creating complete application security design for Oracle HCM fusion cloud production
> AD/ SSO authentication and set-up for users for Oracle HCM cloud Pods.
