Job Requirements:
1. Expertise in Oracle HCM and Fusion - Core HR, Payroll, etc is a MUST
2. Exposure/ Implementation Certification in Oracle HCM Fusion (Cloud) – Nice to have
3. Functional/ Domain understanding of Human Capital Management
4. Should have done at least 2 IT implementation in Peoplesoft/ Oracle HCM - MUST
5. Understanding of technical architecture - how to build interfaces, reports, extensions
