Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6+Months
Job Description:
Candidate should have more than 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM
Should have strong Oracle HCM development experience including SQL, PL/SQL , packages , procedures , functions , performance tuning, SQL Loader, etc.
Must have handson experience in HCM modules
Must provide day-to-day support of the Oracle HCM cloud modules
Must be responsible for configuration changes and enhancements to the Oracle HCM cloud application
Must be responsible testing upgrades, patches and communicate changes to key individuals.
Must be responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices
Should proactively review data ad deliverables for issues and escalates as appropriate
Must be involved in business development activities to help identify and research
Must develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
Should have ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Should have good problem solving skills
Should possess good communication skills
Must have good exposure to Agile methodologies
