Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) :
At least 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM EBS Core HR, Benefits and Payroll including Extracts and Fast Formula At least 8 years of experience in software development life cycle.
Expertise on Benefits and North American payroll functional business processes and regulatory requirements in US.
Nice to have skills:
Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered payroll processes and reports (includes Pre and Post payroll processes)
