Must be having hands on Oracle HCM US / CANADA legislations – modules like Payroll and Time & Labor
Good to have hands on Oracle HCM US / CANADA legislations – modules like Global or Core HRMS, Benefits, Absence Management, Interfacing etc
Role is that of onsite coordinator in offshore onshore model. Experience could be ?= 12 years
Would Handle project meetings, weekly status meetings and participate in steering committee meetings with business users and customer counter parts.
Good interpersonal, client fronting, verbal & written communications.
Good if the resource knows HCM Cloud and or certified.
Being at Onsite, he/she should have sharp eye of Opportunity seeker.
