Position: Oracle HCM Consultant (Functional)
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description :
This person can sit remotely from anywhere in the US. Austin or Dallas, TX preferred. This person need extensive experience with PTO Accruals in various countries. If they don''t have recent experience with this and at least 5+ years of experience with PTO Accruals, do not submit.

Project: implement sick and PTO accrual plans in Cloud HCM Absence Management for the following countries: Australia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Hong Kong, Mexico, New Zealand, Canada, US, Philippines.
1. Functional resource
1. able to configure the plans per the policy.
2. create design documents per country.
3. Implement per country.
4. Train the benefits team on how to manage the policy.
5. Train the benefits team on how to manually add or remove hours.
1. Ultimately we need the functional team to be self-sustainable when it comes to reporting and altering balances.
