Position : Oracle HCM Cloud Solutions Architect

In this role you will be working on Oracle HCM Cloud enterprise architecture.
You must have experience in multiple full cycle implementation and understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules like Core HCM, Workforce Compensation, Incentive Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Interfaces.
This role requires that you be technically and functionally curious with a strong desire to understand how things are built and work.
This role also requires a forward-thinking openness to new technologies and approaches while remaining vigilantly focused on regulatory strength and maximum availability.


Responsibilities:
§ Lead and manage HCM Projects. Work with Business owners to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features
§ Engage with Technical Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs
§ Provide production support for the following HR processes: Core HR, Workforce Administration, Benefits Management, Workforce Compensation, Incentive Compensation & ADP Payroll Interface
§ Responsible for resolving Cloud HCM tickets assigned in a timely manner
§ Evaluate Monthly patch documentation from Oracle and identify at risk scenarios to test the impacted HCM Cloud solution
§ Supporting the creation of test scripts and plans for the design
§ Develop and execute functional test cases for HCM Cloud module functionality
§ Coordinate and monitor activities of the testing, training, and document functional requirements via interviews or workshops
§ Liaise with the development team (on-shore or off-shore) to communicate requirements and follow-up progress
§ Organize, execute and supervise integration with Oracle Cloud HCM

Qualifications & Experience:
§ Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience
§ Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, SDLC environments.
Candidate should be a senior Oracle HCM Cloud Techno Functional expert with prior experience implementing, configuring, and testing Global HCM, Benefits, Incentive Compensation, Workforce Compensation and Employee/Manager Self Service
Must have at least two end to end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience.
Experience required with the following HR processes: HCM Core, Workforce Administration, Benefits Management, Workforce Compensation, Incentive Compensation & ADP Payroll Interface
Experienced with working in ServiceNow ticketing system would be a plus
Additional experience will include – Cloud ERP and Procurement experience
