POSITION: Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect
LOCATION: Miami, FL
DURATION: 12+MONTHS

· Work with a team of solution implementation partners and vendors to perform analysis, estimation, and solution design for transforming/modernizing system integrations and impacted applications (if any

· Perform technology evaluation/implementation, as needed. Need to have experience in IBM MVS mainframe, AS400, and modern on-premise and cloud-based application development technologies and implementation techniques.

· Must have past experience in application modernization.

· Familiarity with HR system ERPs such as Workday and/or Oracle a big plus.

· Process Areas: For HR - they are looking at Core HCM (TBD) and Payroll. Core HCM solutions will include Employee Record Mgmt. and depending on package selected may include Organizations, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Mgmt., Talent & Performance - Goals, Career Dev, Succession, Reporting/Analytics, Mobile



Scope of Activities:

· Understand, and augment the HR transformation technology strategies.

· Analyze business drivers to determine corresponding change requirements.

· Analyze technology industry and market trends, and determine their potential impact on the solution.

· Partner with PMO

· Partner with functional teams during the lifetime of a project, including design and estimation

· Evaluate infrastructure and tools

· Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product standards, as well as the design of standard software configurations.

· Consult with application or infrastructure development projects to fit systems or infrastructure to architecture, and identify when it is necessary to modify the solution architecture to accommodate project needs.

· Document all solution architecture design and analysis work.



Skills and Credentials:

· Bachelor''s degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.

· Five to seven years of architecture experience in at least two IT disciplines in a client/server or service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations.

· Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.

· Strong leadership skills.

· Excellent analytical and technical skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent planning and organizational skills.

· Knowledge of all components of an enterprise technical architecture.

· Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes.

· Basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting.

· Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.

· Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements.

· Ability to estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives.

· Ability to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems.

· Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
