Description: Our client in the Bay Area, CA is looking for a Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Lead for a long term project. The Payroll Reporting Lead works with the Payroll team to confirm data mapping and prepares functional design for the reporting team. Tests and confirms results after development. The resource will also participate in solution design, evaluate customer’s reporting requirements, needs and objectives and transform them to functional design documents, analyze and solve complex customer issues related to data and processes, provide necessary support for Payroll/Time Modules / Solutions, perform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules and engage in project coordinating, team leading and implementation. The resource will also need Oracle BI publisher and Oracle OTBI reporting experience.
