Job Description :
· 4-6 years of working experience in Oracle Cloud HCM application (Human Resources, Self Service, Absence Management and Benefits), with at least two end to end HCM Cloud implementations experience.

· Must have designed and developed Advanced HCM Extracts from scratch

· Expertise in developing Fast Formulas for Extracts and other use cases

· Must have designed and developed complex OTBI and BI Publisher reports

· Expertise in HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader, Payroll Batch Loader

· Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM application architecture.

· Strong technical understanding in design and development aspects of the integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM application and third parties

· Good business knowledge in HR and Payroll processes



Required in Oracle E-Business Suite (HRMS)

· 2 to 3 years working experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules (HR, Payroll and OAB)

· Expertise in Oracle SQL and Pl/SQL
