Job Description :
Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
Location: Oakland, CA

Responsibilities:
Conduct Technical Discovery sessions gathering current state information, challenges, business objectives and key business drivers with the multiple stakeholders
Produce future state cloud architectures including logical diagrams, solution descriptions and business case
Lead HCM Projects. Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features
Engage with Technical Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs.
Responsible for evaluating customizations and decide on the best fit test scenarios.
Evaluate Monthly patch documentation from Oracle and identify at risk scenarios to test the impacted HCM Cloud solution.
Supporting the creation of test strategies and plans for the design.
Develop and execute functional test cases for HCM Cloud module functionality.
Coordinate and monitor activities of the testing, training, and document functional requirements via interviews or workshops;
Liaise with the development team (on-shore or off-shore) to communicate requirements and follow-up progress;
Organize, execute and supervise integration and user acceptance tests;
Provide production support and full solution handover to the client or delivery/application maintenance centers;

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, SDLC environments, multi-tenancy, security, monitoring and management, multi-tiered infrastructure, databases, integration, mobile and application servers etc.
Candidate should be a senior Oracle HCM CLOUD expert with prior experience implementing, configuring, and testing Global HCM, Talent Management suite.
Experience with Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Self-Service HCM is a must.
Must have at least three end to end implementation experience.
Candidate should also have experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud in a co-existence model integrating with On-Prem EBS Financials and Payroll.
Experience required with the the following HR processes: HCM Core/Workforce Administration, Benefits Management, Absence Management, Talent Management (Performance Management, Goal Management, Talent Review) Compensation Management
Experience preferred with HR Case Management, Oracle Recruitment, Wellness and other new modules on Oracle Cloud HCM
Additional experience will include – Finance and Procurement experience
