At least 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll including HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formula, PBL. Preferred At least 8 years of experience in software development life cycle. Expertise on North American payroll functional business processes and regulatory requirements in US. Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered payroll processes and reports includes Pre and Post payroll processes Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Communication
