Job Description :
Project Implementation Expert with Extensive experience in all phases of the project such as requirement gathering, analysis, GAP analysis, system configuration design and setups, development, customization, extensions, data conversion, interfaces, testing, migration, documentation

Strong functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud specifically in Core HR, Payroll, Time&Labor, Compensation & Benefits Management, Talent management etc.

Experience in HCM Cloud/ EBS in engagements involving HCM modules

Demonstrable experience in full cycle implementations of HCM Cloud

Data migration experience using HDL for Core HR functionalities, Integration with internal and external third party sources

Demonstrable experience in building custom OBIEE\OTBI reports for HCM Cloud

Using deep domain expertise and HCM Cloud Functional knowledge to act as SME in HCM Cloud implementations

Pro-actively analyzing current weakness in client’s processes and IT landscape and suggesting alternate solutions doing some research on industry oracle best practices

Work with the business team on the functional aspects pertaining to Data Migration, Reports and Integrations

Designing and Preparing Configuration for all customer validation workshops (CRP''s)

Coordinating with client stakeholders and get approval for the deliverables

Coordinating with internal stakeholders and project\business team

Candidate should possess excellent Communication and Analytical skills

Experience and desire to work in partial remote might be chance as well.
