Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Architect

We are looking for someone who is technical, but has some functional knowledge of Payroll and HR. We would also like this resource to have some experience with HCM Cloud. Client going live on HCM Cloud. This is a full time position located in Nashville.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud professional who has both technical and functional expertise. The chosen candidate will work with the Rogers team and our implementation partner to design and implement Fusion HCM Cloud and develop a strategy to implement additional modules within Fusion HCM Cloud.

Job Responsibilities

1) Assist with data conversion of Human Resource data from EBS 12.2.6 to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
2) Assist with the integration of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud to EBS 12.2.6 Payroll.
3) Assist with the configuration of benefit programs and plans.
4) Development of fast formulas for benefit elections.
5) Development of reports and dashboards for HR and Benefits.
6) Assist with the integration of Taleo Recruiting and Core HR.
7) Work with Oracle Support Services to resolve issues with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
8) Lead the implementation of additional Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Job Requirements

1) Experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Performance Management, Succession Management, and Talent Management
2) Experience with Oracle EBS Human Resources and Payroll.
3) Experience implementing the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud/EBS coexistence model.
4) Must have both functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
5) Strong Fusion BI reporting skills (OTBI, BI Publisher, report bursting and dashboards
6) Expertise in data conversions using both File Based Loader (FBL) and HDL.
7) Expertise in Fusion Security Model.
8) Custom approvals workflows – both using integrated tool for HCM and BPM (Fusion middleware
9) Experience with Fast Formulas for Benefits and HCM Extracts
10) Experience implementing third party benefit interfaces
11) Strong PL/SQL skills
12) Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
13) 2 to 3 years’ experience preferred.
