Short Description
Oracle Fusion Financials consultant to provide first level support and deliver/test enhancements.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage Major Enhancements / Projects
Gather Requirements from Business and Convert them into a Functional Design.
Prepare Test Plan - Develop effective use cases to test solution to business requirements
Perform Configurations in the system.
Collaborate with Managed Services on Technical Delivery.
Update Configuration Documents & Test Scripts.
Lead User Acceptance Testing – UAT.
Manage Issues Log.

? Resolve Complex Production Issues
Analyzes complex Oracle production issues and provides expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing solutions that are meet user requirements and complements business processes.
Collaborate with Business Admins and Managed Services - Break Fix & Enhancements
Perform root cause analysis for incidents and recommend short-term workarounds and permanent solutions.
? Prepare Knowledge base article and Conduct Training Sessions
? Maximize the effectiveness of Oracle Platform
Experience, Education and Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Techno-functional Oracle Analyst with 10 – 15 years of experience as an Oracle ERP
Core Understanding of Oracle Configurations & Process Flows
Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion data model and ability to write SQL for troubleshooting
Fusion GL and AR experience and able to demonstrate understanding of SLA.
Fusion security and projects.
Deep knowledge of ERP stack – essential to resolve complex issues / enhancements
b. Project Management skills so that he can handle scope and schedule
c. Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Proficient in five or more of the following modules:
o Accounts Payables
o Fixed Assets
o General Ledger
o Cash Management
o Purchasing
o Project Accounting
o Cost Accounting
Excellent Interpersonal, verbal and written Communication skills
Work hours may include meetings schedule outside of normal working hours. Demands during peak times may require work hours outside of normal working hours
Proven ability to oversee projects and meet deadlines
Ability to work under minimal supervision. Errors can cause substantial delay, expense and disruption of significant portions of the company''s IT operations
Life Science industry experience is a plus
Deep knowledge of Information Solution Life Cycle
Familiarity with IT Change Control Processes
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management information systems or related field.
