Job Summary/Description:

Involved in the development of software operating systems programming and other capabilities for data processing to assure the interfacing of software systems with hardware configuration and applications system requirements. Develops and implements system software and technical requirements such as operating systems, compilers, and utility programs. Establish systems programming standards and program documentation requirements. Provide technical guidance on operating system problems. Recommend system improvements.

Minimum Required Skills:

Oracle Fusion HCM configuration expertise Preferred experience with implementing Oracle Document Records in Fusion Mass loader configuration experience Data Management experience, preferred HR data

Additional Job Details:

Configure Oracle Document Records (functionality in Oracle Fusion HCM) with appropriate folder structure. (over 300,000 records for up to 70K active and inactive employees) Create mapping of exported records from DocuShare (Xerox) to Oracle Document Records folder structure and document type. Update and apply security roles for employee, manager, and HR to provide appropriate security roles based on requirements (we will provide), for view, upload, export, share, etc in accordance with our legal, Data Privacy, and CISO guidelines. (based on document type) Configure retention logic based on document type (archiving, disposal, etc and reports to support this) Training on use for Super Users. (if possible) Hypercare support Other duties as identified to support project success

Minimum Education Requirement:

Must Have Oracle FUSION experience - been apart of the full implementation of the FUSION product (nice to have)
