Job Description :
Responsible for the technology , processes and Services needed to create and maintain the complete view of customer data across multiple applications.
Work on consistent flow of data between Customer Vendor Information File(CVIF), CDH and Sales Cloud
Defining integration strategies for CDH and CDM
Defining interfaces for the Cloud based and On-Premises application to maintain consistent flow of customer data.
Define and share strategy for data clean up: hierarchical schema, de-duping, address cleanup, remove in-active contacts etc.
Establish the way forward for the implementation.
Suggest governance structure for long-term data quality and integrity • Define Integration strategy for down-stream systems (Mule soft etc

Skills Required:

Degree in computer science/business information technology
Total 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS including minimum 3 years working with Oracle Customer Data Hub and Customer Data Management Cloud
Techno-Functional expertise in working on Oracle Customer Data Management Cloud R13(CDM) cloud.
Techno-Functional expertise in working on Oracle Customer Data Hub with good functional and technical understanding of TCA, Interfaces, UI and integration with other On- Premise and other Cloud applications.
Technical Expertise in configuring and modifying CDM screens.
Expertise in Oracle TCA configuration and integration.
Expertise in Oracle MDM.
Hand on experience in writing In-Bound and Out-Bound interfaces with Oracle CDM
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud Services preferred.
Well versed with Integration strategy for down-stream systems (Mule soft etc
Knowledge of Oracle Web services
Knowledge of sales force and Integration with CDM
Experience in support and operation of Complex Oracle Landscapes
Expert understanding of complex business processes.
Good Client Interaction
Ability to communicate effectively with both peers and client locations
Good Interpersonal skills
