7-10Yrs of experience required in related field
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Expertise in Oracle HCM - Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation & ePerformance and other HCM modules.
Exposure/ Implementation Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM is a MUST
Functional/ Domain understanding of Human Capital Management
Should have done at least 2 IT implementation in Oracle HCM
Good-to-Have
Understanding of technical architecture - how to build interfaces, reports, extensions
