Detailed Job Description:
As a Senior Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

This position may require travel as needed.

Qualifications:
Basic
Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/MBA Finance with good accounting and costing background • Bachelor''s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution on Finance/Accounts. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education • At least 8 years of experience with IT in relevant area.

Preferred:
Sound Domain knowledge on all Financial Concepts and Accounting
Complete understanding of various business functions on Finance area and integration aspects such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report etc
Proficient in Oracle Financial modules such as AP, AR, E-Business Tax, SLA, GL, iProc, iExpenses etc (R12 version)
Conversant with Finance integration aspects for PO, OM, Shipping, Manufacturing and Costing Modules on Oracle E-business suite (R12 version)
Handled 4 or 5 end to end implementation projects as Finance track lead and had direct interactions with the business leads on client side
Active Involvement in various stages of the Oracle implementation project such as Requirements Gathering, Solution Approach/Finalization, MD50 preparation, MD70 review from functional point of view, testing etc
Testing Standard Oracle business flows in various milestones and testing integration aspects with external systems as needed.
Analytical and Communication skills
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Experience with project management
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that may require some travels.
