Position: Oracle Finance Consultant with AP/AR

Description:
This position will provide functional support for the Oracle EBS Payables, Receivables, and Cash Management.
The ability to communicate effectively with business users as well as prepare documentation for requirements, application configurations, test scripts, training material and functional specifications is essential for this position.
Extensive EBS Release 12 experience for these modules is required along with strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
A proven track record of working on supporting complex systems in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
Suitable candidates must have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the Oracle Payables, Receivables and Cash Management modules.
Responsibilities
Provide user functional support for Oracle R12 Payables, Receivables, and Cash Management
Provide support and resolution for AP/AR/CM interface related issues.
Research and resolve complex system related issues.
Produce documentation as needed, including functional specifications, test scripts and configuration setups.
Create and execute test plans for regression testing for patches, enhancement request, configuration changes, etc.
Perform configuration setups to support business needs, identify impacts of configuration changes.
Create adhoc SQL queries to support business reporting needs.
Follow change request procedures.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to prioritize tasks.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance or Accounting
4-6 years’ experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle AP, AR, CE.
Strong accounting background.
Strong functional analysis, analytical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution.
Ability to work effectively with Oracle developers on the design and functional testing of custom development items.
Proficient with query tools such as SQL Developer, SQL/Plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint
Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Self-motivated.
Detailed oriented.
