Job Title: Oracle EBS with Financial
Location : Milpitas, CA
Duration: Long Term Contract
1. Collect knowledge and understanding of existing business process and flows.
2. Should have worked on AP AR GL and iexpense modules
3. Work with business to understand the required changes to the process to accommodate divestiture.
4. Analyze the gap between the required changes to the process and the current process.
5. Find and provide detailed solution to fill the gap between the two.
6. Provide a proof of concept on both technical and functional front for the solution provided. We don’t need a pure technical or functional person. 70/60 functional and 30/40 technical is needed.
7. Should be able to foresee the potential issues in the solution and provide the same beforehand in the interest of time.
8. Work with Oracle as and when required in an expedited manner for the solution and review the same including technical scripts provided by them for the gap.
9. Work with technical team to implement the solution if required and roll out the same to production.
Should be able to work in multiple issues in parallel.
10. Should be interactive in the meetings to explain clearly and possess good communication skills

1. The candidate should be 50% technical and 50% functional.
2. The profiles which we got are mostly doing BSA roles and more of doing functional consultant roles.
3. We need profiles with equal technical experience and support background.
