Position: Oracle EBS Developer
Location: Chicago, IL

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, EFS (Enterprise Financial Systems), the Senior Oracle Developer of E-Business Suite (EBS) will be responsible for effectively managing the Oracle Applications Support to provide high quality services to the business and other support teams, and all ongoing Oracle Applications projects.

The position will also be responsible for driving best practices related to the underlying Oracle Technology Stack as well as the functionality of the Oracle Applications themselves.

Superior verbal and written communication skills including demonstrated documentation experience with ability to cross-train team members is essential.

Role and Responsibilities:
? Lead and develop a high-performing Oracle Applications Support team.
? Develop and execute an appropriate delivery team model (e.g resources, skills, process management) to meet current and projected needs / constraints.
? Participate in the development and maintenance of an Enterprise Application Architecture as it relates to the Oracle EBS System.
? Ensure the Oracle Applications Support team delivers on-time, on-budget, and high-quality solutions.
? Develop and implement strong Oracle financial functional support techniques and effective methodologies.
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
? Enterprise Testing - Support the coordination of Component / Unit Testing (dev), System Integration Testing (SIT), and pre-production User Acceptance Testing (UAT
